Summer...

As meadows silent cradle call,
in hedgelings on a garden wall,
as blooms and buds with misty light,
gives way to fragrant summer night,
an artists hand creates the sky,
as sparrows dart in play they fly,
the silence of the twilight fall,
nocternal creatures sing their call,
the air of calmness all around,
from earth and sky to tree and ground,
and nesting babes all safe to rest,
as rustling hunts see thier best,
through natures call so much unseen,
yet timeless wonders always been,
a secret home amongst the land,
perfected by creators hand,
as creeping dawn begins to rise,
as if she hid in sweet disguise,
a song of love is chorused forth,
from east through south and west to north,
in joyous dances all arise,
as sunlight spreads through splendour skies,
renewed a bliss of precious day,
in source of all perfections way,

Absolutely beautiful Ange, and the rhyme seemed natural.
Thank you Zephyr
yes it just came to me today while out back after planting, I think we always seem to flow when we have had our hands in the soil, the little gracious blooms helped some also:)
I think our best poems come that way, without a struggle.
